Returns Process
If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team via email with your order number. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Return Shipping Charges (Scenario-Based)
Return shipping costs are applied depending on the reason for the return, as outlined below:
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items (Seller Responsibility):
If the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a complimentary return label at no cost to you. A full refund or replacement will be issued upon verification.
- Change of Mind / Unwanted Items (Customer Responsibility):
If you wish to return an item due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We may provide a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refused Deliveries / Failed Delivery Attempts:
Where an order is refused at delivery or returned due to failed delivery attempts, the original shipping and return handling costs may be deducted from the refund.
- Incorrect Address Provided by Customer:
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any re-delivery or return shipping charges.
