Product Information
What products do you currently sell?
We currently offer bamboo toilet rolls in three pack sizes: 9 pack, 24 pack and 45 pack.
What are Panda Leaf toilet rolls made from?
Our toilet rolls are made from 100% bamboo Plup.
Are your toilet rolls FSC certified?
Our product range uses 100% bamboo material with FSC claim support as stated on our product information. Please refer to the individual product page or packaging for the exact claim presentation used at the time of purchase.
How many plies and sheets are in each roll?
Our bamboo toilet rolls are 3 ply, with 250 sheets per roll.
What is the roll length?
Each roll is approximately 30 metres in length.
Are Panda Leaf toilet rolls flushable?
Yes. Our toilet rolls is flushable and Toilet-Friendly paper and intended for normal household toilet use.
Are Panda Leaf toilet rolls biodegradable and vegan?
Yes. Our toilet rolls are biodegradable and vegan.
Are your toilet rolls suitable for septic systems?
Our toilet paper is biodegradable. If you use a septic tank or specialist plumbing system, we recommend checking suitability based on your own system requirements and normal usage levels.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our toilet rolls are suitable for all skin types. However, if you have a known sensitivity or medical concern, we recommend checking the product details carefully and seeking professional advice if required.
Do you use plastic-free packaging?
Yes. We use plastic-free packaging for our bamboo toilet roll products.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on all subscription orders and on orders over £40.
How long does delivery take?
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched.
What is your dispatch timeframe?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business day, subject to order volume, payment checks and stock availability.
Do you ship internationally?
No. At present, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns window?
We offer a 14-day return window, subject to the terms set out in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Can I return opened items?
No. Opened items are not eligible for return due to the hygiene nature of the product.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please report any damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by contacting customerservice@pandaleaf.co.uk.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 working days, depending on your payment provider, and are subject to the terms set out in our Returns and Refund Policy. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do I get refund shipping cost?
No, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Who pays for return postage?
Return postage arrangements are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy. Please refer to the full policy for the latest terms.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must submit a cancellation request to our Customer Service team at the earliest opportunity via email. Please note that once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit & debit cards and We accepting a payemnt via PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I request a VAT invoice?
Yes. VAT invoices are available on request. Please contact our customer service team after placing your order.

I entered the wrong details on my order. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@pandaleaf.co.uk. We will do our best to help before your order is dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
Subscriptions
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes. Panda Leaf offers subscription ordering on selected products.
What subscription discount do you offer?
We offer 20% off your first subscription order and 10% off all subsequent subscription orders.
What subscription delivery frequencies are available?
Customers can choose delivery every 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or 6 months.
Can I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Customers can manage their subscription by logging into their account on our website, where they can pause, skip or cancel eligible subscription orders.
Wholesale
Do you offer wholesale supply?
Yes. We welcome wholesale enquiries.
What is your wholesale minimum order quantity?
Our wholesale minimum order quantity is 50 units, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
